Payment and Pricing

What are my options for paying my dues?
You can have your fortnightly dues electronically deducted (EFT) from either your savings or credit card account alternatively you may elect to pay your membership in full. See our membership consultants for more details.

How many days notice do I have to provide to cancel my direct debit membership?
Before signing on any of our direct debit membership plans we ask that you carefully read and understand your obligations thoroughly. As stipulated in your contract agreement, you agree that you will provide 'us' Fitness Forum health club, in writing 30 days prior notice to cease your membership. This can be done 30 days prior of contract end date or any time after the contract has fully matured. (See your membership service team)

How do I make changes to my account?
You will need to visit your local home club and fill out a new EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form or call 8783 8083 and request a form to be faxed to you Fax 8783 8012.

Membership card information

I've lost my membership card. How do I get it replaced?
You must immediately visit your home club and request a new card replacement through Customer Service. There is a fee for any card that is lost or stolen.

How do I update my membership card information?
You can change your address, date of birth and other personal information at your club by filling out a change of details form. You will be required to provide proof such as a driver's license, proof of age card, marriage certificate, passport or birth certificate.

Clubs, clubs types and guests

Fitness Forum is looking to open several other clubs in the near future. Some facilities could possibly be larger and have amenities not generally available in our Health clubs, such as, steam rooms, spas, group exercise classes & specialised programs, etc. Membership costs for these clubs may be slightly higher because of the additional amenities.

How can I find out which club is which?
Keep your eyes open for future updates and announces at your home club or by visiting our website frequently.

Can I bring a friend to the club as a guest?
Fitness Forum encourages you to bring friends, relatives and business associates for a visit. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment for your guest's visit, as a tour or orientation may be required. A guest must check in at the front desk, be at least 18 (16 or 17 year-old minor of a parent or legal guardian who is a member is okay if the parent or legal guardian also signs release forms), sign a Pre Activity Questionnaire and pay a guest fee before using the Facilities. Fitness Forum may restrict the number of guests and times you may bring guests. You must inform guests about these Policies because Fitness Forum will ask them to leave the Facilities for any policy violations.

Subject to the terms of the promotion, you can also have your guest download a free pass.

How do I find out what amenities are available at each club?
We are in the process of setting up more clubs, and we ask that you visit our website frequently for any announcements. Once we officially open any new clubs, You will be the first to know. Rewards will be awarded for any new members you introduce. (See your membership service advisor)

Membership upgrades and transfers

I will be unable to use my membership for a month. how can i put my membership on "hold?"
As a courtesy, Fitness Forum will put a "freeze" on your membership if one of the following conditions apply:

Medical: Member must provide Customer Service or the Club Manager verification from their physician that their disability prevents them from using the facilities. Fitness Forum has a medical form, which is authorized for distribution to members to assist with the documentation of medical disabilities. Medical Freezes are restricted to a term of between 3 and 6 months. The membership and dues billing will automatically reactivate when the freeze expires. See your Terms & Conditions of membership.

A membership may only be frozen for a maximum of two months during any twelve month period, excepting Medical reasons. Your membership will only be frozen if it is in good standing with all Initiation Fees paid and the monthly Dues are current. Paid in Full Memberships without Dues, can also be frozen. Please allow seven (7) days for us to process your freeze request and stop your Dues. If for any reason your freeze request is denied, we will notify you.

I want to upgrade my membership, what is the cost?
The cost for an upgrade varies, and any one of our membership service at Fitness Forum would be happy to explain the options to you.

I purchased a prepaid membership, which is still active and i am moving out of state. What can i do with my agreement? If you are moving to an area where Fitness Forum clubs are situated, your membership will be transferred to a comparable facility or alliance club, depending on your club level access.

If there are no clubs in your area that we can transfer your membership to, then you may opt to transfer the remaining term of your membership to a friend or family member, a transfer fee cost of $27.50 is applicable. Please be sure to include your new address. For further details regarding your cancellation rights, please refer to the back of your membership agreement.

If i'm traveling to an area that doesn't have Fitness Forum clubs yet, are there other clubs i can use?
We have a Passport Program that allows you to work out at affiliated club for a minimal guest fee. To find out what clubs are located near the area you will be visiting, please see your membership services for a list of all accessible Clubs.

Will the partners change their offers/discounts?
Yes, some of our partners will be changing their offers and discounts periodically.

What if i am not a member?
Talk to a membership services or a fitness professional on how you can become a member. After you join Fitness Forum, you can then take advantage of these great offers.

Can i earn points?
There are no points to earn.

If i am an employee of Fitness Forum, can i use the Royalty program?
Yes, if you are an employee and have activated your membership at our club/s, you are eligible to take advantage of the Royalty program.

I was a member of Fitness Forum, and i joined the Royalty program, can i still claim the offers on the Royalty program?
As long as you are a member in good standing meaning, your membership dues are current, you can use the Royalty program at any time but we suggest speaking with a fitness professional on ways to get motivated! If you think your membership is not current, please visit the front desk and someone can assist you.

Do i have to join Royalty program?
No, just being a member of Fitness Forum gets you access to these great deals! There's no new program to join or points to earn. It can't be easier!

What does it cost?
Nothing! is already part of your existing membership.

Will there be new business partners?
Absolutely! We're adding new Royalty program partners all the time, so be sure to check back often!

Is there a limit on how much i can use Royalty program?
No, you can use the Royalty program offers as much as you like.

Team and individual sports athletes

How do I participate in Fitness Forum team sports programs?
The GetFit Kids Program is only available for members of the team who are between the ages of 14 and under 18. To get your team working out at our club/s, have your coach or PE teacher contact us either by phone, or email info@fitnessforum.com.au to register your team for our GetFit Kids Programs..

I'm a high school sports athlete: do you sponsor outstanding sports individuals?
To work out 'Free' at Fitness Forum, you'll need to be nominated by your or head PE teacher or Principal, a written portfolio must be presented to our Club Manager, stating your current achievements and future ambitions. To be eligible, Have your Teacher visit or call us.

If my team is enrolled in the Fitness Forum 'GetFit Kids' program, when can I use the gym?
The hours you can visit are Monday through Friday from 2:30-4:30 PM and any trading hours Saturday and Sunday, in certain clubs some hours will vary. The GetFit Kids Program is available all year round. Conditions apply

I need an easy and quick way to raise money for my team, but i'm tired of the usual candy and magazine sales programs. Does Fitness Forum offer a fundraising program?
Definitely! Our boost Program helps teams reach their fundraising goals without walking for miles, soliciting sponsors or paying for candy they've already eaten. Your community will recognise your team as a force for health and wellness while you easily raise funds for uniforms, tournaments and other fees.
