This program is available to all existing members who refer a new member to the gym.

The referred person must be a new member and not someone due for renewal, if they were a member previously, it must be a minimum of 3 months after their previous membership was cancelled or expired.

The new member must sign up to one of our existing membership options, this includes any 6 month, 12 month, 24 month contracts. 

The existing member will receive a $25 credit on their account for any new member they refer who signs up for a 6, 12 or 24 month contract once that member completes their 7 day cooling off period. 

The $25 credit will only be able to be used towards a renewal of the existing members membership if this is a Paid in full membership or will be credited to a Direct Debit membership as of the 1st and subsequent Direct debits due after the 1st February each year. This amount is in no way transferable to someone else. If the existing member decides for any reason, not to renew their membership, then any $25 credit/s will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

The renewal of the existing members membership must take place within 7 days of the expiry of the current membership for them to receive the credit.

There is no limit to the number of referrals that one member can bring into Fitness Forum, they will receive a $25 Credit for each complying new membership, other than up to the total value of your current membership for it's term or a 12 month period (whichever is less).

The membership credit amount is not redeemable for cash nor available to be used to purchase retail products, under any circumstances.

The new member to Fitness Forum will also be entitled to receive a $25 discount off the Joining Fee. This will only apply if there is a joining fee charged at the time of joining. If the new member joins during a $0 joining fee promotion then no $25 credit or discount will further apply. And the $25 credit is in no way redeemable for cash or able to be used for the purchase of any retail items. 

It is preferable that the existing member be present when the new member is joining Fitness Forum. If the existing member is not available the referred new member must write the referring members name on their Pre-Activity Questionnaire form for the referral to be valid.

There will be no backdating of this referral program and comes into effect as of the 1st October 2019 at 00:01.

If the new member does not refer an existing member on sign up then this will be deemed that they were not referred by an existing member. 

Fitness Forum will have the final decision on whether or not a credit will be applied to an existing member or a new members account. This is non-negotiable.

This promotion may be withdrawn at anytime by Fitness Forum.
